A selection starts with requirements, not a model name. This guide turns project constraints into questions you can take to competing suppliers.
“Factory completion and site occupation follow different schedules.”
State how many people will use the building, for how long, and whether it must move again. A temporary site office, an accommodation block and a public clinic have different demands for circulation, services, thermal comfort and approvals. Record the deployment country and exact site conditions before asking for a fixed price. Wind, snow, seismic exposure and foundation design can change the preferred structural system.
Then draw the logistics path. Can a truck reach the site? Is a crane available? What container size can reach the destination port? A volumetric module may reduce site assembly but consumes more shipping space. A flat-pack or panelized system can travel compactly, with more work transferred to the site. We coordinate supplier comparison across these trade-offs; the eventual supplier and responsible professionals confirm engineering and compliance.

Ask how modules join and how tolerances are handled on site.

Compare thermal performance, core material and full-wall fire evidence.

Confirm which MEP items are preinstalled and which are site connections.
Tell us your use, location, quantity, dimensions, climate criteria and delivery window. We will help turn them into a comparison brief.
