How sourcing inquiry information is used.
When you submit a project brief, we may receive your name, work email, phone number, company and project details. Details may include location, building use, quantity, drawings, dimensions, schedule and destination port. Please do not send confidential materials unless needed for the inquiry and appropriate permissions are in place.
We use the information to respond, frame supplier questions, compare quotations, coordinate requested samples or inspections, and organize export documentation. We may retain a project record so correspondence and document revisions remain traceable.
When needed to fulfill your request, relevant technical details may be shared with potential suppliers, inspection providers, freight partners or project professionals. We share only information related to the coordination task and expect recipients to use it for that task.
We keep inquiry information for the period needed to handle the request and any agreed follow-up, subject to applicable obligations. Access should be limited to people working on the project. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, so use appropriate channels for sensitive drawings or contracts.
You can ask us to correct or remove inquiry details where feasible, or tell us to stop further sourcing contact. Requests can be sent to the contact form. We may need to retain limited records required for a transaction or legal obligation.
Technical drawings and supplier quotations may contain commercially sensitive details. If you send these materials, identify restrictions on onward sharing so we can apply them when asking for supplier or professional review. We may refer to a project by a neutral identifier in comparison records and limit distribution to parties involved in that sourcing request.
We may update this policy as our service changes. The current version on this page applies to new inquiries.
