Please identify whether you need a relocatable site office, workforce accommodation or another modular facility. Share the deployment country and site address where possible, because wind, snow, seismic, fire and accessibility requirements depend on local conditions. A preliminary sketch or room schedule helps suppliers understand occupancy and MEP needs, but it is not a substitute for a locally reviewed design.
For a quotation comparison, tell us the likely quantity, module dimensions, number of storeys, interior finish level and target date. If you have a destination port or preferred Incoterms, include them. We can then ask candidate suppliers to separate their manufacturing scope from foundations, offloading, installation and utility connections.
We coordinate document requests and communication with potential suppliers. The selected supplier must substantiate its capability and any product certifications for the specific project. Qualified professionals in the destination region determine structural design criteria and approval requirements. No general catalog claim can replace that review.
